Luke Fenlon
It's hard to believe that Liverpool-born Luke Fenlon is only 20 years old. His tender age belies the experience he has already gained in his musical career. The ink is still wet on his musical birth certificate yet already he has toured several continents and signed a worldwide publishing deal. His songs are simple stories of love, life and death that have pervaded his own life so far, conjuring endless comparisons to some of the greatest singer/songwriters of the last half-century. Offstage he is a man of few words, preferring to let his music do the talking, which has endeared him to fans and peers alike. Luke's first success came from the song "Hey You," which he wrote when he was 15. It won him the "Make It Or Break It" award in 2006 (sponsored by Yamaha). Judges included Coldplay's Chris Martin, Harvey Goldsmith and Mark Radcliffe. In 2008 Luke received his first airplay in North America, Germany and Australia and signed a worldwide publishing and recording deal with Pangaea International Music Publishing. Luke did a special lunchtime showcase at last year's MUSEXPO, after which he recorded an EP at famed drummer Matt Sorum's (Guns 'N Roses, The Cult, Velvet Revolver) personal studio.
